1- If you are using a Futaba Radio you will need to Reverse the Throttle Channel. If using a JR Radio you the Throttle Channel will stay in Normal. 2- On the Normal Throttle Curve set Bottom Stick to 0 (Zero). At 1/4 Stick set to 37.5. At Mid Stick set to 75. At 3/4 Stick set to 80. At Top Stick set to 85. These setting are for a Pitch Curve that you have 0 (Zero degrees Pitch at Center Stick and Hover (+5 Degrees Pitch) at 3/4 Stick. 3- For Idle-Up/Stunt Mode set the Throttle Curve to read 85 at Bottom Stick, 1/4 Stick to 80, Center Stick to 75, 3/4 Stick to 80, Top Stick to 85. This is a slight "V" Curve. The ESC is already set to run in Governer Mode when the Stick is above 65% this just lets the ESC know that a little more or less power is needed. Some people do set their Idle-Up Curve to a straight line say 85-85-85. Either way will work. 4- Set Throttle Hold for 0 (Zero). When you go to start the Heli turn the Radio on. Ensure the Flight Mode Switch is in Normal, the Throttle Stick is all the way down, and Throttle Hold is set to on. Now you can plug the Battery in to power up the Heli and the Motor will not Power Up. You will hear tones from the ESC to let you know it is Armed and ready. While in Throttle Hold test all your controls for correct function and direction. With the Throttle Stick in the FULL Down Position flip the Throttle Hold Switch to Normal and your \ready to spin the Motor / Heli up for Flight.
